2. What data we collect

When you use FiveBots, we process the following data:

Queries and inputs: The questions, URLs, and business information you submit for analysis.
Usage data: Anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) via Umami Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
IP address: Used temporarily for rate limiting. Not stored permanently.

We do not require account creation. We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details unless you contact us directly.

3. How we use your data

Your queries are processed solely to generate reviews and analysis. We do not use your data for training AI models. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party AI providers

To generate analysis, your queries are sent to the following AI model providers:

OpenAI (ChatGPT) — governed by OpenAI's privacy policy
Anthropic (Claude) — governed by Anthropic's privacy policy
Google (Gemini) — governed by Google's privacy policy
xAI (Grok) — governed by xAI's privacy policy
DeepSeek — governed by DeepSeek's privacy policy
Tavily — used for web research, governed by Tavily's privacy policy

Each provider processes queries according to their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We use API access with data processing agreements where available.

5. Data storage and retention

Chat history and review results are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not store your queries or results on our servers beyond the time needed to process them. Clearing your browser data will remove all locally stored content.

6. Cookies

FiveBots does not use cookies. Our analytics provider (Umami) is cookie-free and privacy-focused.

7. Your rights
